Refund: 14-day money-back on the first invoice.
Cancel: cancel any time with 30 days notice, no penalty.
Moving in or out: no charge inbound; no charge to leave, files provided on request.
If a payment fails: 10 days past due, after two notices.
A billing dispute: talk to us first — service pauses while we sort it out, and we would rather fix it than fight it.
